Brittany Gloria Tensek has survived against all odds and inspires us daily. Follow Brittany and her families journey here .....
Brittany is 15 years old born normal on 28.03.1997 and tragically acquired a severe hypoxic brain injury at the age of 17 months old. She was left with severe physical and intellectual disabilities. In late 2008 we discovered that Brittany had been sexually abused on a NSW Education Department special needs school bus.
It has been an incredible journey of extreme frustration, sadness and joy.... Help us make a difference to her future <3
Raising Hope for Brittany has been set up to fundraise for Brittany’s care, therapies, equipment, modifications of environment or equipment and medications. For any item that has benefit to Brittany's health, diagnosis, development, and education needs and ongoing care.

On the 31st April ~ 10th June 2012 Brittany and her father Robert will be going to Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China where she will be
receiving 8 packets of umbilical cord blood-derived stem cells (UCBSC)
Robert will be writing a blog from China, so please continue to follow and share our journey to help Brittany.
An online FB Auction will begin on Monday 23rd April 2012 to raise funds for hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) Please contact btensek@tpg.com.au if you are able to help.
